Final conference KA1: Roma multilateral projects
A mentoring system for Roma women on their vocational and educational path:

The MS4ROW project covers the integration of Roma women in education and labour market and their integration into their own and the wider society. Through the empowerment of Roma girls on the importance of education and employment it confronts race and gender discrimination. A mentoring system for Roma girls has been developed within the project. The system, with the support of web application, skilled mentors and advisory-information and education activities, enables the development and implementation of personal education and career paths. The mentoring system has been tested in four European countries, the achievements and impact of the project will be presented at the Final conference.
