On 7 and 8 July 2015 was in Slovenia two-days training for mentors who are daily working with Roma people.  Training was divided into two parts: theoretical and practical work in web application MS4ROW. The main aim of 20-hour workshop was to train mentors who daily work with Roma population.

Center for Education and CultureTrebnje teached other participants from Center for Social Work Črnomelj, Metlika and Trebnje, Kindergarten Metlika, and Union for the Development of the Roma Minority Preporod about project MS4ROW, its idea, teaching approaches and the role of the mentor in the mentoring system.

The second day we worked together in web application MS4ROW - how to make a virtual classroom, about online learning and monitoring progress of Roma people - and started with instruction for the preparation of case studies which will be made by every participant in their employment context. Every participant will prepare assessment and personal plan for one Roma girls. We completed training with short evaluation of workshop which was in general very positive.
